Frequently Asked Questions - Technology
If you have any concerns about the technology required to access on-line counselling you need not worry. All you need is a computer, a smart or iPhone, an iPad or any other device that allows you access to the Internet.
Once you decide that you would like to work together on line, you can send me an e-mail via the link below and I will send instructions on how to set up an on-line link.
If you are connecting via Skype, you will need to set up a Skype account. Once you have done this, send me your ‘Skype address’ and I will send an invitation to join my Skype site.
For FaceTime or WhatsApp on-line counselling, I only need to know your e-mail address or mobile phone number, and I will use this to ‘call’ you on-line at your appointment time.
You will also want to find a private place in your home or office where you know that you will not be disturbed during your on-line session.
If you have any technical difficulties, I can work with you to set everything up on-line. For example, you may need to make sure that you have a broadband connection that has sufficient strength to hold an on-line signal.
